Returning Families

Due to the high level of interest in our program, returning families MUST register by February 19 to reserve a spot on the team. Please understand that space is limited and consider your schedule (summer vacation, summer camps, high school XC practice, etc) before registering. There will be many in the New Family Lottery who will be turned away due to lack of space. If you take a spot on the team, please plan to participate fully with very few exceptions. Please do NOT take a spot on the team if you are a Full Season athlete who will miss more than 1 regular season meet and/or 5 practices, OR if you are a Late Start athlete unable to participate in any post-season meets. Tentative meet schedule is posted. Registration forms have been emailed to returning families; if you have not received them, email Coach McGriff.

New Families

After Feb 19, any remaining openings we have for the team will be filled using a lottery system. New families may enter the New Family Lottery by emailing their children’s names, dates of birth, and school district of residence to paulandbeckymcgriff@yahoo.com between January 1 and February 22. They must specify between full season, introductory season, or late start (see above.) Families will be chosen randomly (all siblings will be accepted as a group) and will be notified by February 25.

If money is a barrier, scholarships are available – email for info.

We are also hosting a registration night at Chick-fil-A on St Rd 37 in Noblesville on Thursday, Jan 30 5:00-8:00.  Returning families will be turning in their registration forms, but new families are welcome to come meet some coaches, ask questions, and enter the lottery in person if preferred.
